The aim of our cuisine at the Taggenberg is to be both authentic and varied, and our menu is small yet sophisticated. Our Chef makes sure that the dishes are all freshly prepared, classic and aromatic. The motto followed by our kitchen team is to "get the best out of the products available to us". A light French-style cuisine, with the unexpected included in the detail – which might involve a good piece of meat or fresh fish. Naturally, we look after vegetarians too. And yes, of course there’s something sweet as well. Like a small taste of home.
Hot meals are cooked at lunchtime from 11.30am to 2pm and in the evenings from 6pm to 11pm
